In the winter of 2010, fake Kingston DT200 usb flash drives began appearing on eBay. The number of listings grew and peaked in April 2010. A new site was created to combat the number of listings, FakeFlashSentinel also known as ” Fake Flash Memory – Internet Watchdog”.
